I make that out to be 6" of growth, from 19" to 25" at the highest points of the plants. Even if you discount the pointy leaf shooting straight up on the left, it still amounts to about an inch a day.

I always liked the way that plants start out small, struggling to get some leaves out there, but then once they get a few good leaves going they just take off.
I've become convinced that plant growth is like compound interest. A plant grows as a percentage of its current size. That would make sense as the size would determine the amount of noms the plant is receiving.
