We're in Fairhope, Alabama this week, having fun. At our rental, there are outdoor speakers hanging from the eaves and, this being Alabama, a riot of life all around us. The frogs broke out in chorus while we were sitting outside this afternoon and one of them was particularly loud. It had to be nearby, but where was it?

Yes, that looks like a very secure spot for a little frog. If there is a porch light on at night somewhere nearby, he probably scores a lot of bugs up there, too.
Good point! I'm not sure he scores a lot of chicks up there, though.
We are now moved to our new house. The cat is loving it. Since the backyard is fenced, we let her out to explore. And there is a lot of wild life out here. Squirrels, chipmunks, birds, etc.
