California in a Nutshell

... because that's where it belongs.

Exhibit A: California has the least-educated workforce in the nation.

Exhibit B: California has the least-educated representatives in the nation.

I blame racism.

Was she smoking something strong? Good grief, what she said did not make any sense at all - unbelievable!

This is an interesting claim. Clearly, from the article, this claim is being made by using their definition of a mean education level. Unfortunately this completely misses the point. California still has the top universities, state colleges and community colleges. All you need to do is spend time in the flyby states to see this. Not only are the schools not up to par in these states, but the preparation of the kids coming out of high school doesn't compare either.

Actually she's correct that there have been numerous Pentagon reports warning about increased national security threats due to climate change. The rest is a bit of an abrupt segue. Read this. This pretty much echo's the Navy reports that I read in the 90's.

Kelly, those reports were written to get funding approved. It's strictly politics there. There's no way on earth that climate change compares with terrorism or smuggle-ready WMDs.
