Sept. 11 (Bloomberg) -- President Barack Obama and first lady Michelle Obama observed a moment of silence at 8:46 a.m. today on the South Lawn of the White House in honor of those who perished in the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks.For President Gasbag, that moment must have seemed like forever.
