No longer do they let some creep in robes tell them what they can and can't do in their bedrooms! Their lives must be awash in sexual fulfillment!
More than three-quarters of Gallic couples have bad sex lives, the Institute for Public Opinion found.Oops.
More than one in three women said they had used excuses such as headaches, tiredness or children being nearby to get out of having sex.
Nearly one in six men said they had also made similar excuses.

What an odd article. I had not previously been aware that "not necessarily wanting to have sex at every possible opportunity" = "bad sex life", but that sure seems to be what they were saying.
What were they expecting? That everybody in France will automatically launch into a mad orgy any time, any place, with anybody, at even the slightest opportunity? And if they don't, then their reputation as Great Lovers is a fraud and a sham?
And an amusing point on the graphs you posted: I notice that the trend line is implying that, in 1970, church participation in Ireland was *more than 100%*. Wow. What were they doing, grabbing tourists and hauling them into church to boost the attendance numbers above their actual population?
