WASHINGTON — The senior Democrat (Diane Feinstein) on the Senate Judiciary Committee referred information involving Judge Brett M. Kavanaugh, President Trump’s nominee to the Supreme Court, to federal investigators on Thursday, but the senator declined to make public what the matter involved.Emphasis mine.
Two officials familiar with the matter say the incident involved possible sexual misconduct between Judge Kavanaugh and a woman when they were both in high school. They spoke anonymously because they were not authorized to discuss the matter.

I'm thinking it's a last minute slander attempt-- that's pretty thin gruel.
It's ludicrous.
It's like when Hairy Reed said that Romney didn't pay his taxes or when Ted Stevens was wrongly prosecuted, it does the job for as long as is needed. As Hairy Reed said after Romney was exonerated of the charge, 'It worked!'
Yuge Schadenfreude though over obama, Hilary, Comey, McCabe, and the rest of the gang getting caught because they thought Hilary would win and no one would know what they did. I remember Trump offering the peace pipe after he won but it was rejected, the Dems went full attack mode instead. Big mistake.
Flabbergasted? Dumbstruck? Gobsmacked? [A short pause while I consult my Thesaurus] Nope. There just isn't word that properly expresses the extent of my reaction to this unbelievably transparent churlish purely petty partisan political action.
So a new word:
Feinstein - v. the effect upon an observer of an action, usually in the political realm, which is so childish, so transparent, and so mean spirited that it momentarily renders the observer unable to speak. Usage: This story completely Feinsteined me.
