Thanks for the Comments
... but I'm on the road this week and I'll have a hard time replying to comments until I get back to the hotel late at night. I've done a poor job responding in general lately as I prepared for this trip. Having said that, I read the new comments voraciously throughout the day. I love hearing what you have to say.

OK, still waiting for your promised post on why you are optimistic about the USA. Maybe you can persuade me to come out of my bunker and take down some of that concertina wire around the perimeter.
I'll be busy too... gotta write my loan application to the IMF... "Dear Enlightened Masters: I am way over my head in debt and have a giant party coming up that I need to plan for. Please lend me a few billion dollars. I'll pay you back, I promise. Just like I promised all the other people I owe money."
