Seriously, it's hard to keep up with all the different reasons the left has for violence and mayhem. Why, it was just a few months ago that they were blocking roads, gluing themselves to floors and throwing soup on priceless paintings to stop Global Warming Climate Change. They wanted an end to all petroleum use and their favorite things were electric cars.
Now they're attacking electric cars.
Oh well. I guess if it made sense, they wouldn't be doing it.

On the one hand, vandalizing Teslas is in fact a dumb thing to be doing. But on the other hand, it isn't necessarily being done by "The Left". Elon Musk has made a lot of enemies in the last couple of months, of all political persuasions.
A *lot* of enemies. Starting with the 200,000 or so that he fired in February, but certainly not ending with them.
Not to mention the population of people who are just looking for an excuse to start fires, and don't really have much political motivation.
Correction: it looks like 200,000 layoffs is probably too high, although it is surprisingly difficult to find a definite number.

Still, Elon Musk has way more new enemies than any of the rest of us can ever dream of making.
