Organizing Nuts, Screws, Bolts and Washers
I highly recommend the 24-bin, benchtop parts rack from Harbor Freight.
What about those washers you've been saving in that jar all these years?
In short, that's one heck of a parts bin for your workbench.

There's only one problem with this solution--it involves going into Harbor Freight.
How are you supposed to REDUCE clutter when you go into Harbor Freight!?!??!
