I built an attached garage this summer (finally!).
For a while, an older (and still unfinished) addition to the house was open to the in-progress garage addition. AND, when the house was broken into earlier in the summer, the crooks broke a couple panes of glass from the pocket door between the original house and the addition(s).
So, anyway, I came home one weekend to find a cat in my house. He spooked me and I spooked him. But, now I realize that he was just trying to figure out how he might help me!
Everyone needs a cat's supervision.
