That is, there is no way to send electronic data between them. Despite that, data was getting from one network to another. How? I'd been wondering about this for some time for a couple of reasons and this article now states what surely must have been happening. It's simply inconceivable that the Secretary of State could do her job without access to SIPRNet and JWICS information.
Clinton and her top aides had access to a Pentagon-run classified network that goes up to the Secret level, as well as a separate system used for Top Secret communications.
The two systems — the Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNet) and the Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications System (JWICS) — are not connected to the unclassified system, known as the Non-Classified Internet Protocol Router Network (NIPRNet). You cannot email from one system to the other, though you can use NIPRNet to send emails outside the government.
So Hillary's cronies were stealing classified information (I can't think of another term for it) and sending it on to their boss who met with plenty of foreign leaders, many of whom contributed large sums of cash to the Clinton Foundation. Everyone assumes that the two events are unconnected.
How would it look different if Hillary was selling us out?

The classified systems have had STIG performed on them. The only way data leaves them would be with USB drives or cdroms, or the like. All use of those would be logged and easily tracked. I don't think their is anything there. They'd have to read, swivel chair and retype.
On another vein, is it possible the lunacy being spewed by Bernie Sanders is actual just done to make the other liberal candidates look sane by comparison?
MN, as I understand it, the data on the email server is echoed on classified machines. That means that cameras, USB drives or CD ROMS were indeed used. CDs and USB drives are only logged if the space is using proper protocols. If everyone involved is a crony or paid off, then all bets are off.
Re; Sanders. I think he means what he says. I've got several friends on Facebook who are convinced Bernie has the right ideas. It's crazy.

You can *always* find people who don't, or won't, think through the logical implications of "let's you and me and the guys who control the army/police agree that that fellow over there *owes* us, simply because he has what we want"
