Timing Can Spell The Difference Between Life And Death

 ... and in the case of my daughter, her timing was poor and the result is a living death.

In September 2020, the consultant paediatrician Dr Hilary Cass was asked to conduct a review into how the NHS should care for children and adolescents who are either questioning their gender identity or experiencing gender incongruence (a mismatch between body and sex at birth). In part, the review was a response to a huge increase in the number of referrals to the Gender Identity Development Service (Gids) run by the Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust. There was certainly cause for alarm. In 2011-12, there were just under 250 referrals to the service; in 2021-22 this had risen to more than 5,000...

In February 2022, Dr Cass published an interim report whose recommendations had a seismic impact. It led to the closure of Gids, which was criticised for the lack of data collection on what happened to children and young people who were prescribed hormones. Her findings also led to NHS England deciding last month to stop prescribing puberty blockers to children because there was “not enough evidence to support the safety or clinical effectiveness of puberty-suppressing hormones, or to make the treatment available at this time”...

In conclusion, Hilary Cass is saying quite firmly that as a society we cannot and will not do as the trans ideologues demand. Children and adolescents will not be given life-altering drugs and surgery without proof that it will leave them happier and healthier than before. If a young woman is depressed and anxious, we don’t believe that, in the majority of cases, a double mastectomy is the route to recovery. In its quiet, scientific way, this is a vital and revolutionary document.

In any case, the Cass Report says what we all knew to be true - the transgender madness was simply the poisoning and butchery of young people, mostly white girls. When questioned in the privacy of his office, my own doctor said the whole thing was a fraud and a horror. Our family therapist had similarly told us that she was ashamed of her profession and how they were allowing young people's lives to be smashed.

If you think that's bad, dig the WPATH Files. WPATH, the World Professional Association for Transgender Health, was the fig leaf for the degenerate psychotics on the left who have led the charge in multiple professional organizations to mutilate and poison young people. The WPATH Files were leaked to Michael Schellenberger who discovered it was all a fraud.

WPATH is considered the leading global scientific and medical authority on “gender medicine,” and in recent decades, its Standards of Care have shaped the guidance, policies and practices of governments, medical associations, public health systems and private clinics across the world.

However, the WPATH Files reveal that the organization does not meet the standards of evidence-based medicine, and members frequently discuss improvising treatments as they go along. Members are fully aware that children and adolescents cannot comprehend the lifelong consequences of “gender-affirming care,” and in some cases, due to poor health literacy, neither can their parents. 

“The WPATH Files show that what is called ‘gender medicine’ is neither science nor medicine,” said Michael Shellenberger, President and founder of Environmental Progress. “The experiments are not randomized, double-blind, or controlled. It’s not medicine since the first rule is to do no harm. And that requires informed consent.”

All of this comes too late to save my little girl. She's been on testosterone for 3 years or so. Her body is ruined. She's sterile, her vagina is shriveled, her vocal cords wrecked and her central nervous system poisoned. She took the advice of the transgender cultists and cut me out of her life. I see her once or twice a year. The last time we met, she told me she wanted a double mastectomy and I temporarily talked her out of it. I'm not sure if she's been mutilated by now.

Europe is coming out of the cult as nation after nation bans "gender-affirming care," but here in the US, the progressives are still pushing it.

I feel surprisingly calm about all of this, but I'm sure that's just a thin veneer over some pretty potent emotions.

On the plus side, we're on the downslope of child mutilations. That's a good thing even if it all came too late for my family.

Will There Be Justice?

My bet is that there will be no justice for the mutilated and poisoned. There may be some lawsuits, but the politicians, entertainment figures, news media and corporations who fed our children into the transgender wood chipper will frolic on to something else and adopt a position of virtuous sanctimony about a new topic.

There never is a reckoning for these kinds of things.
