If a strategy doesn't work in a time of crisis, then it's not a good strategy. If it requires above-average people to carry it out, it's probably not a good one, either.
Anti-Crisis strategy must accurate and effective. It's just like a medicine that will heal the disease. Since we do not prevent it, we must do an strategy to resolve it not just in our selves but in general.
