Or, should I say, doctored grasshopper.
I took a picture of this handsome critter as it sat on my fence and posed for me. I brought the image into Photoshop and tried to get a neon effect, but I don't know how to do that yet and I'm too lazy to look it up. Instead, I played with the colors and jacked up the yellows and magentas. I rather like it. I left it large, so it may be worth a click.

Interesting.
It's a bit reminiscent of the time I used ImageJ to separate an image of a lady beetle into its individual red, green, and blue channels. Then, I recombined them, but with the red interpreted as green, the green as blue, and the blue as red. I got this weirdly colored deep blue lady beetle, standing on a violet leaf. It was actually quite beautiful.

Tim, I've done that one before and found the results pretty cool. You can do the same thing in Adobe Premier with video footage.
