Dinner Last Night - a Preliminary After Action Report
So last night I made Cornish game hens with cornbread and crawfish stuffing from my Paul Prudhomme cookbook. How did it taste? Delicious! Nom nom nom nom!!!! Here's what it looked like:

Damn! All I am having tonight is my mac and cheese dish. It is good, but it is not Cornish game hen! Enjoy. But I have a nice rose wine in front of me. Life is good.
