Our Maximum Leader and I woke up this morning, wondering what had happened in the Padres' game against the Dodgers. When we had gone to bed, it was 1-1. We turned on Sports Center and watched for a while. And a while longer. And a bit longer. No Padres. Lots of NBA, some soccer and some stuff about Curt Schilling's near no-hitter with plenty of ads thrown in.
I got up, went to the computer and with a few clicks, I discovered that the Pads had swept the hated Dodgers with an astounding 5-run ninth inning comeback.
Until today, I hadn't seen Sports Center in about a year. I don't think I'll go back to watching it.
