First of all, they're building a border fence. As everyone knows, it's impossible to build a fence on your border. Second, they think it's going to keep unwanted people out. Hilarious! We all know that border fences that can't be built but do get built won't keep anyone out. It's insanity! It reminds me of Eva Gabor from Green Acres doing zany Hungarian schtick like this.
