If it's not Obama claimin he's cutting the deficit in half by bloating it up by a factor of four first, it's Joey Biden opining that we should all avoid airplanes, subways and, for all I know, submarines and elevators. Meanwhile, poor Gibbsy has to explain all this claptrap to Jake Tapper*.
