By the time she distributed the composted manure-- two or three year cycle, I can't remember, but I THINK it's three-- the bones were "cooked" gleaming white.<br /><br />As much as I love garden fresh veggies, I can't imagine willingly eating raw, "organic" sprouts-- too hard to fully clean.
