Next month it will be fifty years since my mum died, that's nuts. I remember her in '64 sitting in the kitchen reading the paper and she said, I can't believe it's fifty years since the first world war started. These 'fifty yearses' go by way too fast.ligneushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00906867668009351290noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-22301740.post-56106919040031712212019-10-15T17:58:06.659-07:002019-10-15T17:58:06.659-07:00LOL. It's been temporary in the past, but with Jackson and Lee, it became permanent, almost totemic. I don't know if it's my rampant Dixiephilia or if I'm just a total nut, but it feels right, if you know what I mean.

As for when you do it, I don't know. What hair is left on my head is pretty gray, my friend.

:-)K T Cathttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10259428595745509790noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-22301740.post-80338328841015313202019-10-14T17:25:39.729-07:002019-10-14T17:25:39.729-07:00Thankyou for this. I think I have followed those precepts or tried to thanks to a good upbringing but it would help to see them personified and to have those two great portraits as a reminder.ligneushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00906867668009351290noreply@blogger.com
