Ultimately, I cut it in half on the table saw. Which actually works out pretty well, because now I have *two* good sized boards that fit in the dishwasher, so we can use one when the other is dirty. So now it gets used all the time, and cleaned regularly. And on the occasions when we *do* want a big one, I can just set the two halves together again!tim eiselehttp://somethingscrawlinginmyhair.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-22301740.post-58471789510307404542012-04-22T23:09:33.251-07:002012-04-22T23:09:33.251-07:00Right up by the fridge is the best place I've ...Right up by the fridge is the best place I've found.Foxfierhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10161683096247890834noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-22301740.post-87072105040956781232012-04-22T15:46:18.140-07:002012-04-22T15:46:18.140-07:00We have a cutting board that's nearly that lar...We have a cutting board that's nearly that large. And, like the others we seldom use it. But it's great when hubby needs to prep a rack of ribs or two. And I use it when I have lots of prep work in the way of chopping vegetables or breaking down a large piece of meat. I love having it as an option! But it's not an everyday piece because it is a bear to clean.Jedi Knight Ivyannoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-22301740.post-62662130805710127402012-04-22T12:32:08.206-07:002012-04-22T12:32:08.206-07:00It's for your own good, Tom.It's for your own good, Tom.K T Cathttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10259428595745509790noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-22301740.post-77120222385810207492012-04-22T10:31:34.036-07:002012-04-22T10:31:34.036-07:00I have one too, but it doesn't get used as muc...I have one too, but it doesn't get used as much as it could because it's hard to clean. If I don't clean it immediately after use, my wife banishes it to the laundry sink, where she throws all the things that aren't hers.tomnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-22301740.post-40974591874537586332012-04-22T09:27:54.138-07:002012-04-22T09:27:54.138-07:00Barb, it barely fits in the sink, turned diagonall...Barb, it barely fits in the sink, turned diagonally.
