My joints are too damaged to use free weights at home. I had to do its equivalent a lot as a kid, schlepping food and water to the calves on the farm twice a day. I get the feeling that forcing yourself out of bed at 0430 on a cold morning will do you more harm than good. Sleep is as important as exercise. Hope I'm not being subversive! To me it's common sense.<br />btw, This is an excellent exercise.
