Paso Robles Vineyard

This might be my favorite shot from our trip. I tried cropping out the road, but didn't like the results nearly as much. I feel like the asphalt gives a foundation for the scene. In any case, I left it really large, so it might be worth a click. Enjoy!

I agree that the pavement adds character to the picture. Very nice!

So is Paso Robles normally that green, or is this a transient thing that only happens during the rainy season?

On the west side of the hills, it's usually green. On the east side, it's California coastal desert with a bit more rainfall than we get in San Diego.
