Actually, anon, that's a really good point and it applies to all cosmologies, whether it's Greek paganism from 800 BC or modern atheism.

That's very true, except that atheism is neither a cosmology nor a hypothesis, but rather a rejection of theistic claims due to their failure to meet their burden of proof.
