Strange Moth

Found this character in our kitchen a few days ago. Been too busy to look him up. Probably blinded the poor thing with my camera's flash.



Nothing too special here, I just liked the narrow wings. Funky looking, no?

Looks like you've got yourself a Plume Moth. Beats me which one, though. They certainly are funky looking little things, though.

And it boggles my mind just a bit to think that you've got moths emerging where you are, considering that it's currently -5 degrees F up here.

Ahaha.

We haven't had a 70-degree day since September, I think. And probably won't get another until sometime in May.

I guess that explains why so many people moved to California.
