Let's not forget that they have no jobs. Hard to riot all night when you have to get up at 6am.
Actually, a lot of the London rioters had jobs. Good jobs. Grownup jobs. Government jobs, even.
They just didn't care, I guess, or maybe they figured they'd just call in that they couldn't get to work because of the riot, or use their vacation days.
