Celebrate Diversity!

At work, we're having Diversity Day or some such nonsense like that where we'll celebrate, err, diversity. A friend at work asked this question:

If we get a lot of a certain diversity, is there some behavior we expect them to exhibit simply because of their diversity?

The answer is: Of course! Otherwise there would be no point at all to diversity.

I think there's a word for that expectation.
