Can You Spot the Flaw in This?

"We must ... prevent the auto companies from collapsing, or we risk adding millions of more Americans to the unemployment line," Reid said. He said "any help must include specific requirements that ensure viability and strong oversight" of the industry.
Somehow, giving Congress strong oversight over an industry doesn't give me a lot of confidence about that industry becoming profitable again.

Today the Dear Leader said he'd create or save two million jobs by waving his magic jobs wand.

Why didn't he exercise these magical powers while in the senate?

Letting Congress have "strong oversight" of anything is like letting a fox guard the hen house. Both are prospects for disaster of epic proportions.
